Can I get logos or graphics?
Our banners are priced as TEXT ONLY. However, we can add logo's and graphics to your banner. Banners that include graphics and/or logos will be quoted per job. Please contact us at: support@ultimatebanner.com and we will provide you with a proof and pricing for you banner with special artwork.


Can I get a second color?
We are happy to add a second stock color to your banner at no addtional cost. Please put this information in the "Special Instructions" section of our online form.


Can you print on both sides?
We can do double-sided banners for twice the price of a single side banner. Select "Double Side" from our online form. Both sides must be identical. Ultimate banners can print banners with different text on each side, however they will be quoted per job. Please contact us at: support@ultimatebanner.com and we will provide you a proof and pricing for you banner with different text on each side of the banner.


Can I get a special size banner?
If you would like special sized banners we can provide you with pricing for them, we can print any size banner from 2x4 and up in size. Please contact us at support@ultimatebanner.com or 936-539-5719 about special sized banners.


Do you do vertical print banners?
Please specifiy that you would like your banner printed vertical in the "Special Instructions" section of our online for. We also offer banner stands for your vertical banners.


Do the banners have holes (grommets) for hanging and can I get extra?
Your banner will have metal reinforced holes (grommets) every 2-4 feet. If you would like extra gromments in your banner, please provide this information in our "Special Instructions" section of our online form.


Do the banners have slits for wind?
If you would like wind slits in your banner please put this information in the "Speical Instructions" section of our online form, there is no addtional cost for wind slits in your banner.


When will I get a proof?
Orders that are placed before 3 pm Mon-Fri (Central time), your proof will be posted within 4 hours. Orders received after 3 pm will be posted by the following business day.


What if I don’t find my proof posted when it is supposed to be?
You should contact us immediately via email or at 936-539-5719.


What if I don't like the design on the proof?
If the banner proof needs revisions Ultimate Banners, would be glad to make any changes or revisions for your review.


How long does it take to get my banner?
We will usually ship your banner the business day after we receive your proof approval and payment. Shipping will take from 1-4 business days, depending on where you are located. Realistically, you should expect to receive your banner 3-5 business days after placing your order.


How do I know when my banner has shipped and how can I track it?
When your order leaves our shipping department we email you your tracking information to you.


How much does shipping cost?
Standard USPS (United States Postal Service) priority mail shipping is FREE for your entire order. If you need faster delivery, next-day is available at $40.


Can I place my order online instead of by phone?
Currently Ultimate Banners processes all orders via phone only, we are in the process of optimizing our website to recieve orders via a secure connection online.


Can Ultimate Banners produce large Bulk Banner Orders?
Ultimate Banners can run large quantities 25, 50, 100 or even 1000's of vinyl banners. Please contact us about large quanities orders for special bulk order pricing!
