Ultimate banners does NOT charge setup fees associated with your job or proofing. Cost above is pricing per banner (Text only & Full Photographic Color Qualities) Shipping cost is additional and varies by weight and location. For custom size banner pricing please email the quantities, size and print quality (Text/Full Color) to info@ultimatebanner.com and we will respond shortly to your request.

Vinyl Banner Proofs

Ultimate banners must have an approved proof before we can begin production on your job. Ultimate Banners will email a proof to you you for approval within 24 hours. Our orders are checked through the weekend.

Vinyl Banner Digital Artwork

Ultimate banners has a full design staff in house and can design banner artwork for you for a nominal fee. We may also be able to produce high quality prints from low resolution artwork. Of course Ultimate Banners can also print from your supplied print ready digital artwork files. If files are 15MB or below you can email them to info@ultimatebanner.com. To send larger files via our online file server (capable of receiving 400MB+ over the internet through any standard web browser), please email us or contact us at 936-539-5719 for access. Some standardize graphic formats we work with are Adobe Illustrator AI & EPS, Adobe Photoshop files, PDF,TIFF, JPG (High quality) and Corel Draw. Our color output is set to print in (4 Color) process CMYK or C,M,Y,K,Lc,Lm (6 color) printing. If digital artwork is not in CMYK format a colorshift may result in the final output, all digital files are check by our art department before printing and we will notify you if a color problem is found before printing.

All of our vinyl banners include brass grommets every 2 feet and twine for hanging. Ultimate Banners also offers banner stands for vertical display at conventions and events and other printing materials, please call for addtional information.

Vinyl Banner Shipping, Delivery and Turnaround

Most orders are shipped within 12-24 hours of approval of final artwork proof. We have shipped banner orders all across the U.S. as well as internationally worldwide. Orders are shipped FEDEX Ground, however if you'd like your order shipped through a different courier, (UPS, USPOST Priority Mail, etc. or your personal UPS/FEDEX shipping account) please let us know when placing your order. If outside the Continental United States please contact us for shipping cost.

After product has shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline You must request expedited shipping, terms from the shipping company still apply to lost packages. We will not refund the banner cost if FEDEX or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. Please make your orders early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control, no refunds will be allowed because of shipping delays. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent. Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss, this generally takes 7-10 working days after initial scheduled delivery

Again please order early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our facility. *Additional shipping charge may apply for over-sized packaging.
